"Wow, Hayley has made renting a house such a breeze! She was very professional, polite, quick and efficient. Answered all of my questions immediately and in a clear way, and arranged a viewing for 2 studios within my budget in less than 24 hours. I've signed the contract 2 days later after she managed to negotiate the rent on my behalf and got me a good deal. When I arrived to the flat the next time, I could see that she bought some new cooking and cleaning appliances for me and she was very nice to show me how everything worked and gave me a few informative tips on decorating. However, she went the extra mile by filling out and submitting my electric and water form as I really struggled to do it myself.
